Teresa Deloach Reed

Teresa Deloach Reed served 30 years in the Fire Service working her way through the ranks and retiring as the Fire Chief of Oakland Fire Department. Teresa holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

She currently serves on the board of the National Fire Protection Association, the Alameda Health System Foundation, and the Bay Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Teresa Deloach Reed was featured as “CNN Breakthrough Woman” and awarded “Powerful Woman of the Bay Area”.
